Bolin Wu is a Biostatistician who joined the Aging Research Center (ARC) and Debora Rizzuto’s research group on 11 October 2021. His is mainly focusing on providing biostatistical and epidemiological support to the research projects in National E-infrastructure for Aging Research (NEAR).
Bolin Wu has a M.Sc. in Statistics from Uppsala University. During his master study, Bolin has done diverse projects related to causal inference, structural equation model, etc. He is experienced with statistical modelling and data wrangling. For his master thesis project at Uppsala Monitoring Centre, he used machine learning to make a prediction model for medical indication. It delivered assistance in developing database more valuable for internal clinical staff.
