Chengxuan Qiu to speak at Mayo Clinic meeting

2012-08-17 ARC  researcher and associate professor Chengxuan Qiu is one of three  people who will represent Karolinska Institutet in the area  of neurodegenerative diseases at a September 21 meeting between Karolinska Institutet and the Mayo Clinics in  Rochester, Minnesota. He will speak on the topic of  “Declining dementia incidence in central  Stockholm, Sweden.”

Miia Kivipelto to speak when Finland’s president visits Karolinska Institutet

ARC  and KI-ADRC professor Miia Kivipelto has been chosen as an honorary speaker at  the 18 April visit of Finland’s president, Sauli Niinistö,  to Karolinska Institutet. Other guests at the event include the  president’s wife, Jenni Haukio, and the King and  Queen of Sweden. Miia  will speak about Alzheimer’s disease. Link to ki.se
