The junior researchers at ARC had a very successful retreat at Ljunglöfska slottet on 10th of October. Juniors from the three different sectors presented their research and engaged in interesting and constructive discussions.
In the afternoon, the juniors had focus group discussions related to the topic “Working with large databases at ARC: Challenges and Opportunities”. Discussion topics included statistical methods/advice, handling and interpreting data, collaborations, among others. The junior retreat ended with a very nice dinner.

ARC Junior Research Group’s coordinators, Shireen Sindi and Linnea Sjöberg, thank all of the juniors for the high participation rate as well as their engagement and positive attitude! They also thank the Graduate Research School on Health and Aging at ARC for financial support.
